FAQs
Why do you need my email?

We use your email to remember you. But since you authenticate with LiveEnsure®, there's no need for a password. We know it's you - or not! Your email is not stored or used for marketing, simply to match you up with your device.
I didn't get my token email.

We send our initial OOB (out-of-band) token by email. Check your spam filter for an email from no-reply@us.liveensure.com. If you did not receive it, try again or hit "resend token" on the agent or app.
Why is there no password?

LiveEnsure® is a unique method of authenticating the user, device, site and session. Since this is just a demo, and not real account content, we don't need a password, just your identity to authenticate you.
Can I use another device?

Yes! You can use up to 5 devices with LiveEnsure®. Just log in again with your email from the new device, wait for the email pin, enter, and add that device. Or, reset the devices in the app and start again!

Do I need a mobile device ?

No, you can also authenticate with LiveEnsure® using just your desktop (Java agent) or email (out of band token).
